The Windsor Public Library is sharing the same headache as many residents in the city.
The Riverside and Budimr library branches flooded after the heavy rain on August 29.
Windsor Public Library CEO Kitty Pope says work continues to address the aftermath.
Pope says Budimir got the worst of it, getting hit with both storm and sewer water. The Riverside branch suffered damage to the building's furnace and drywall as well as meeting and staff rooms.
"We had three inches of rain water," says Pope of the Riverside branch. "No library resources were affected, but we've got three inches of damage as most people who had any damage had."

Pope is working with the city to see if insurance will cover the needed repairs.
"The good part is we lost no resources," says Pope. "We have lost community meeting space and that is an issue, but we'll work with our other branch libraries and downtown to make sure that if people have meetings planned for those two locations, that they can meet at the library that's closest to them."
The city's 311 service received more than 6,000 reports of flooding after the heavy rain three weeks ago.
