Two people from Windsor face several charges after a break and enter in Chatham-Kent.
Officers were called to a B and E in progress on Finn Line about 6:45pm Sunday. The homeowner interrupted the crime, then followed the suspects who were driving a black van.
Police used a stop stick to flatten the vehicle's tires but it continued, finally stopping on Lacroix St. in Chatham after ramming a police cruiser.
The driver and a passenger fled on foot but were taken in to custody a short distance away. Police say the vehicle was stolen and was full of stolen property.
The driver, a 35-year-old Windsor woman, and a 28-year-old man, also from Windsor, face several charges including property-related and driving offences.
