A naval reservist from Windsor is facing a count of sexual assault involving another member of the Canadian Forces.
It stems from a report of an assault in April while the reservist was attending a course at the Naval Fleet School in Halifax.
The accused and the alleged victim were both attending the course.
Ordinary Seaman Andres Florian-Rodriguez faces one count of Sexual Assault under the Criminal Code of Canada.
The case will be handled through the military justice system for a possible court martial.
