Unifor Local 2458 has ratified the tentative agreements from the Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board.
Members of the union voted 99 per cent in favour of the agreement made for clerical and office staff.
Union members also voted 93.2 per cent in favour of the agreement made for custodial maintenance workers.
Currently employed workers will no longer have retirement benefits but will have complete job security until August of 2019.
Wages for the workers have increased. Workers will receive a one per cent lump sum for the 2015 school year and will receive another 1.5 per cent pay increase for the 2016 year.
President of Unifor Local 2458 Bruce Dickie says things can finally return back to normal at Catholic Schools.
"We have had tremendous support from the general public and teachers and students especially," says Dickie. "It means a lot to us to know that we have had support these past weeks."
For the first time ever in Ontario, Unifor negotiated a two year extension of the agreements.
The extension of the agreements include an additional 1.5 per cent pay increase each year from 2017-2019.
370 custodians, secretaries, office and clerical staff will now return to work Monday morning.
This marks the end of a five week long strike by support staff at the Catholic School Board.
