VIDEO Woman Charged in Chair Tossing Incident in Toronto

The woman charged for allegedly throwing a chair off a highrise balcony in Toronto is out on bail.
Marcella Zoia was released on $2,000 bail with several conditions including being ordered to live with her mother.
Police announced the charges against the woman Wednesday morning, two days after a video appearing to show the incident went viral and investigators launched a public appeal to identify her.
Constable David Hopkinson says the woman turned herself in Wednesday morning and will appear in court later in the day.
Marcella Zoia of Toronto is charged with one count each of mischief endangering life, mischief endangering property under $5,000 and common nuisance.
Police says the incident took place on Saturday when Zoia allegedly threw two chairs and other items off a 45th balcony in a downtown condo tower that faces a major highway.
They say the chair landed in front of the building, and there were no reports of injuries.
Hopkinson says the apartment was being used as a short-term rental.
