A new video has shed some light on what's at stake in restoring the historic Bellevue House in Amherstburg.
The video shows a glimpse of the interior of the heritage property and the repairs that are needed.
A fundraising campaign hopes to raise $1-million to begin phase one of the repairs.
In September 2016, the town of Amherstburg voted to purchase the historic home which was listed as one of the top 10 endangered properties in Canada.
The home was built between 1816-1819 and has been used as a private residence, a hospital and a Ukrainian Catholic Church.
