VIDEO EastEnd Trampoline Park Officially Opens

A new trampoline park is bouncing into east-Windsor.
Sky Zone held its grand-opening at Tecumseh Mall to great fanfare Friday afternoon. Mayor Drew Dilkens and MPP Percy Hatfield joined Spitfire's Mascot Bomber for a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Jumpers lined up around the corner for a chance to enjoy and win door prizes. Co-owner Jeff Wood says the grand-opening line-up isn't a surprise.
"We've had an incredible response from the community, the phone's been ringing off the hook since we put the sign up," he says. "It's been a fantastic couple weeks that we've got going here. The line-up outside's a good indication that people really want to get in and we're quite excited about it."
Wood told AM800 News Sky Zone aims to keep families active.
"The whole point of it really is just to get the family out, get them off the couch and get them away from video games, there's not a single video game in here," says Wood. "We did succumb to WAIF but the whole point here is to get out and have fun, be active, and be healthy."
Sky Zone boasts wall-to-wall trampoline courts, a ninja warrior course, sky slam, dodge ball, and a jousting area to name a few attractions.

Wood says there's some structured activities to accompany open times for everyone to enjoy.
"We've got some other things, toddler-time in the mornings for young kids, there's some fitness classes that we're doing during off peak hours," says Wood. "We host birthday parties and group events, Christmas parties, that sort of stuff as well."
Wood says the base price to enjoy the facility is $17 an hour for each person.
