New housing will dominate Monday’s special meeting of council in Leamington.

Several zoning and site plan approvals will go before council including plans for temporary foreign worker housing.

On Sherk Street near Parkdale Avenue two, 10-storey apartment buildings are up for approval; creating 108 residential units in town.

Two sub-divisions will also go before council.
