Premier Aviation, near the Windsor Airport, has new owners.
Global aviation services leader AAR announced Tuesday it has purchased two Premier Aviation facilities including the one in Windsor.
The other facility is in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec.
The aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facility began operating in Windsor in 2012.
