A 17-year-old boy charged with murder made a brief court appearance today.
The Lakeshore teen, who can's be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act appeared at provincial court by video.
The case has been moved to October 4th at 10am for a judicial pre-trial.
The teen is charged with second degree murder and two counts of assault causing bodily harm in the death of 18-year-old Marcus Pierce of Windsor.
Pierce was killed during a fight in Belle River on July 13th, 2017.

A couple of Pierce's family members were in court today while the accused had no one present.
