Windsor Police Service has made another arrest in relation to a murder investigation from earlier this year.
Police were called to the 800 block of Louis Avenue on Feb. 23 where 55-year-old Lamont Rhue of Windsor was found dead and a murder investigation was launched.
Police say the murder charge against Quesnel has been dropped, but another arrest was made Wednesday.
The Major Crimes Unit says a suspect was identified and arrested in the 800 block of Marentette Avenue.
A search warrant was also executed in the 700 block of Tuscarora Street that turned up evidence that aided in the investigation, according to police.
Fifty-one-year-old Sean Perryman of Windsor is charged with first degree murder.
