A case of tampered Halloween candy in Windsor.
Angela Magyar went to Facebook and posted photos after finding a two-inch sewing needle in a chocolate bar.
Magyar says the sewing needle was sharpened on both ends and only found it after she pricked herself while examining her 2-year-old daughter Ava's candy.
Magyar told CTV Windsor she couldn't believe someone would do that to a little kid. "You don't know the type of people that there are and clearly there are some pretty messed up people.
The family spent about an hour and a half trick-or-treating in the Forest Glade area near Lynngrove Cresent.
Magyar did didn't report the incident to police, but instead posted pictures of the needle on her Facebook page to caution other parents in the area.
Officers are urging anyone who may have found anything out of the ordinary in their children's Halloween candy to call police.
