A motorist gets the credit for helping the OPP in Tecumseh nab a suspected impaired driver.
Around 3:30pm on Sunday, a motorist flagged down a police officer to say he had witnessed a car leaving the roadway on more than one occasion and the vehicle was still in the area of Malden Rd.
The vehicle was spotted and the driver, a 53-year-old Tecumseh man, was arrested for driving while impaired and driving in excess of 80 milligrams of blood-alcohol.
