The waterfront estate, built in 1994, sits on one-acre of land along Lake St. Clair. The 17,000 square-foot home has five bedrooms, 10 full baths and four half baths.
According to the listing, it features a nine car garage with gated entry, an outdoor hot tub, custom gas fire pit, in-ground pool, pizza oven and fully loaded outdoor kitchen. There's also a full size professional hockey rink on the property.

The home is listed with real estate agent Goran Todorovic, with Team Goran Re/Max, who says the luxury market in Windsor is really on the rise. He points out that they're seeing more $1-million, $2-million, $4-million homes sold than ever before.
Todorovic says he's already had a few inquires about the property, with two from out of town and one local.
He says in the luxury market they don't see multiple offers.
"It's like a pyramid. At the base of the pyramid are homes that a lot of people can afford. At the very pinnacle, top of the pyramid, are the homes not many people can afford. So this is at the pinnacle of the peak," says Todorovic.)
As for the property, he calls it lavish.
"From the inside to the outside, to the finishes, to the landscaping, it's just a magnificent property," he says." If I say it's done to the nine's, that would be an understatement."
