Daniel Beaudoin had a goal and two assists and Cale Allen assisted on three goals for the Vipers.
Dershahn Stewart stopped 28 of 32 shots to pick up the win.
LaSalle improves to 22-4-0-3 and leads the Western Conference by six points on London.
Elsewhere, the Leamington Flyers downed the Strathroy Rockets 4-1 at the Highbury Canco Arena Thursday night.
Dallas Maurovic and Broden Meloche each had a goal and an assist, and Connor Meyerink made 21 saves to lead the Flyers.
Leamington is now 17-7-1-5 and seven points back of LaSalle in the Western Conference.
