Cale Phibbs scored with 23 seconds left in the third period to lift the Leamington Flyers to a 4-3 win over the St. Mary's Lincolns at the Highbury Canco Arena Thursday night in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League.
The Flyers have opened a 2-0 lead after the opening 20 minutes of play, thanks to a pair of goals from Griffin Robinson.
But the Lincolns struck three times in the second period, including two goals from Bill Moskal and were tied 3-3 with Leamington after two periods.
Connor Meyerink made 30 saves for the Flyers, who are fourth in the Western Conference, 10 points back of first-place LaSalle.
