A man from the Toronto area is in custody facing charges from a theft from a jewellry store in Devonshire Mall.
In mid-March a person in a jewellry store in the Greater Toronto Area spotted a man matching the description of a suspect from the Windsor theft in early February.

In that theft the man was looking at a boxed set of rings and when he left the store the clerk discovered the returned box was empty.
York Regional Police were able to identify the person and Toronto police located and arrested him Monday.
Windsor Police have retrieved the suspect who is facing a charge of theft over $5000.
21-year-old Ludovic Sava is charged.
