The annual Holiday Lights will be shining bright at the LaSalle Civic Centre.
The Holiday Lights Heritage Nights will run starting November 24 until January 7, 2024, and will feature an outdoor light display including numerous ornamental and holiday lighting displays and a forty-foot-tall walk-through tree.
The lights will be on daily from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Weekend activities take place between November 24 and December 17 including Family Fridays where the community can meet Santa, Sounds of the Season Saturdays which will feature live caroling performances, and Sunday Night Markets at the Event Centre where approximately 90 vendors will be selling homemade, handmade, and local foods and products.
The event will also feature Adirondack chairs and fire tables will be turned on during weekend programming.
Patti Funero, Director of Culture and Recreation with the Town of LaSalle, says it's a great event for everyone to enjoy.
"The Holiday Lights is an outdoor light display that transforms the area at our Civic Centre into an outdoor, magical display of lights. There's lots of ornamental and holiday lights, and the highlight of it is a 40-foot tall walk through holiday tree."
She says the weekends will be jam packed, with visits from Santa.
"He will be there every Friday night up until the Christmas break. We also have Family Fridays in which there will be other activities that are family friendly. Sounds of the Season Saturdays which takes place every Saturday evening and there will be music available. And then on Sunday's at our Event Centre on Front Road we'll be having holiday markets every Sunday evening."

Funero says sensory hours are offered as the Town wants to ensure everyone is included.
"Monday's through Thursday's from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. there will not be any music or loud noises. And then of course we also offer accessible parking at all times in the parking lot. And the walkways throughout the concourse are also accessible for anyone who may be in a wheelchair, or use a walker, or assisted device."
