The restoration of Streetcar 351 will pay it forward for students in the area.
The Greater Essex County District School Board and Enwin are partnering on the education project.
It includes study areas to teach about kinetic energy, mechanical energy and historic vehicles.
A highlight will be a preview of the video with period costumes showing what travel on Streetcar 351 would have been like.
Enwin President and CEO Helga Reidel is enthusiastic about the project.
"To help teach them a little bit about energy history, about electrification history in Windsor" says Reidel. "We were the first to have an electric streetcar so many years ago."

Public board Superintendent Clara Howitt says it's a great tool for education.
"What we really like is this is an authentic way for students to engage in learning around mechanical energy, energy conservation" explains Howitt. "And I think will help to inspire young leaders around energy and innovation around energy for the future which is what we really need to think about."

Grade 5 student RJ Dalrymple has never seen an electric streetcar.
"Because we'll get to learn how it works" says Dalrymple, "and how it moves. And how to make it better."
This was the first of three educational workshops celebrating the history of Streetcar 351.
