Guilty pleas by two Windsor teenagers in a bullying incident caught on video, have had their pleas struck down.
In November 2016, a video surfaced on social media of a girl with cerebral palsy being taunted, pushed, punched and spit on by a group of teens at Pillette and Wyandotte.
The video received a million hits on social media.
At the time, Windsor police arrested four teens and one adult in the case.
One teen pleaded guilty to assault Friday morning, but when her defence said the assault wasn't planned, the crown disagreed saying it was premeditated.
As a result, Justice Micheline Rawlins struck down the plea.
Rawlins said this was a planned event, the victim was lured there and she was assaulted.
A second teen was scheduled to be sentenced in the case today after earlier pleading guilty, but her plea was also struck and put over for trial.
The teens can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The case against two other teens is still before the courts.
The one adult in the case, Dylan White, pleaded guilty to assault and was given a probation term.
