A former Windsor horse trainer has been fined for doping horses.
39-year-old Christopher Haskell pleaded guilty Monday morning to fraud and attempted fraud over $5000.
The court heard in 2010, Haskell held a standardbred trainer's license and the OPP began an investigation involving his conduct as a horse trainer.
A video installed in the stalls at the Windsor Raceway caught Haskell giving a horse an injection.

Haskell was fined a total of $3750 and was given a year to pay.
