The LaSalle Vipers welcome the Chatham Maroons to the Vollmer Complex tonight.
With a 20-4-0 record, LaSalle is first in the western conference followed by London who is 19-6-1 and Chatham who is 19-6-0-1.
Head Coach, Bill Bowler says this is a tough part of the schedule and adds "we understand the opponents we're playing and how close we all are atop the standing so it should be a lot of fun, should be a playoff atmosphere there tonight especially. Then the next six games are real tough road games."
There will be a new player on the blue line tonight. Bowler says Kaelan O'Flynn was recently added, "a player out of Burlington in the OJHL. We just needed a body, hopefully he can contribute, a right shot D, a little bit of poise with the puck and hopefully he settles in and adds to the real good blue line that we already have."
Tonight is the annual Salvation Army Night, fans are asked to bring spare change for the red kettles.
Puck drops at 7:00pm.
