Fire heavily damages Walkerville home

Damage is estimated at $500,000 after a house fire in Walkerville.

Crews were called to the 700-block of Chatham Street E near Louis Avenue just after 9 p.m. Wednesday.

They found heavy smoke and flames coming from the home.

Officials say no one was hurt.

The cause is listed as undetermined.
