Environment Canada Issues Severe Weather Bulletin For Southwestern Ontario
Freezing rain may develop Sunday afternoon before returning to lightsnow into the evening
Travel may get even more challenging Sunday according to Environment Canada.
A Severe Weather Bulletin has been issued for all of Southwestern Ontario.
Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent will see an ice-snow mix Sunday morning before changing to freezing rain then back to light-snow heading into the afternoon.
Snow will resume into the evening causing road conditions to deteriorate further.
According to Environment Canada a record setting 18.4cm of snow fell on the region Friday, the previous record of 14.5cm was set in 1970.
