Driver Suffers Minor Injuries In 401 Rollover And Is Charged With Impaired Driving
The OPP were called around 330 Thursday morning
A Blenheim man walked away from a rollover on the 401 with minor injuries and a charge of impaired driving.
The OPP were called around 3:30am Thursday morning to the highway near Queens Line in Chatham-Kent after an eastbound vehicle rolled several times coming to rest in the centre median.
The driver was treated at the scene.
While speaking to the driver, the OPP determined the man had consumed alcohol.
The 23-year-old driver is charged with driving while ability impaired and driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood.
He appears in court next month
