Coroners Inquest Called Into Death of Windsor Roofer
A 19yearold died in 2016 after he fell from a roof
A coroner's inquest has been called to look into the deaths of three roofers, including one from Windsor.
Michael Maukonen, 19, died in June 28, 2016 after he fell from a roof while disposing of shingles in December 2015.
The company he worked for was fined $90,000 in relation to the workplace fatality.
The joint inquest will look into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of the roofers who died in separate incidents and the jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing future deaths.
