A new school is opening in downtown Windsor next month.
The Windsor Circus School will open its doors on May 1st.
Co-owner Tia Nicoletti says it's the first school of its kind in the area and will teach a variety of circus acts such as aerial silks, aerial hoop, inversions and juggling.
Nicoletti says she's excited to open the circus school. "I think I'm really excited to bring movement to a new level in Windsor. We have a lot of movers in Windsor but there's no hub for them to go, and in other places in the world that I found, there's always one specific area that people get to go and I haven't found it yet. So I'd like to say, hey all movers come and joy us in different ways, shapes and forms."
The school will also offer classes, private parties, workshops and seminars.
It's located inside the Chelsea Building on Pelissier St. between Wyandotte St. and Park Ave.
