The cause is under investigation following a duplex fire in Windsor.
Firefighters were called around 2 a.m. Monday to 465 Crawford Ave near University Ave W for the fire in an upper duplex.
Investigators are working to determine the origin of the blaze.
Firefighters were also called to 1709 Drouillard Rd. at Alice St. at around 11 a.m. Monday for another duplex fire.
Three people living in the upper floor of the Ford City duplex escaped safely, but four people in total have been displaced from the home.
Officials say one firefighter was treated at the scene for a cut to the hand.
Investigators say the cause of the fire was accidental due to an overloaded electrical circuit.
Damage has been estimated at $110,000
