A Brampton truck driver has been charged after a tractor trailer ended up in a field in Chatham-Kent this morning.
Chatham-Kent OPP were called around 6am for the crash near Queens Line.
An investigation revealed an eastbound tractor trailer had left the highway, entered a field and rolled onto its side.
Emergency crews attended and one eastbound lane of Highway 401 was temporarily closed for emergency crews and the Ministry of Environment cleanup crews.
The 35-year-old male driver has been charged with careless driving.
