Stafford overcame two fourth quarter interceptions as the Lions improved to 6-and-1 at home and 9-and-4 overall.
Anquan Boldin caught a touchdown in the win, the fifth straight for Detroit.
Stafford injured his finger in the game.
He dislocated a joint and tore ligaments in the middle finger of his throwing hand.
He will wear a glove the rest of the season.
