AM800's New Year's Eve-ning returns to the WFCU Centre today.

After a hiatus due to the pandemic, the event is back for its 15th year.

The event will feature free skating, swimming and party favours.

AM800's Promotions Coordinator Kristen Hazael says it's great to be back and out in the community.

"We've got all three of the community rinks open along with the pool, this year we're going a little bit earlier it's going to be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is free skating, free swimming, the Windsor Spitfires are going to be out, the Windsor Express is going to be out, our partners at Tim Hortons are going to be out with some free goodies while supplies last."

Hazael says this is an event the whole family can enjoy.

"It really is such a fun family-friendly community event and we're just so happy to have it back. You can find more information on our events page at am800cklw.com, you can go there and get all the details."

Members of the Windsor Spitfires and the Windsor Express will also stop by for the event.

The event runs from 6 to 8 p.m.
