There has been a steady stream of voters at advanced polling stations — including Windsor.
Many telling CTV News they want to avoid long lines on election day, scheduled for October 21.
Some strongly expressing the importance of casting your ballot this federal election.
This voter tells CTV Windsor, people died for our right to vote.
"And that to me is very very important, secondly, I vote so I have a right to complain."
This woman has a number of serious concerns heading into election day.
"I fear for my grandchildren. What are they going to be left with? Is there going to be healthcare for them? Will there be meaningful jobs, or do they have to move away?"
Voters also can cast an advanced ballot at any Elections Canada office until 6pm on October 15, and of course, on October 21.
