The John McGivney Children's Centre in Windsor has received some financial help for its Barrier Buster playground project.
The Rick Hansen Foundation's Access4All Program has donated $30,000 to the cause.
The local project will see the redevelopment of the centre's outdoor side yard into an accessible outdoor playground.
The total cost of the project is $500,000.
The centre has a goal of completing the Barrier Buster project by the fall of 2017.
