A Windsor woman charged in connection to a homicide back in the fall has had a charge withdrawn.
In November 2017, 23-year-old Jarvas Anthony Scott was gunned down after leaving a house party on Heathfield Court.
At the time, Dazzmirhal Scott, who was 24-years-old at the time, was charged with accessory after the fact to murder but the charge has since been dropped and she pleaded guilty to possession of brass knuckles.
Three other men, 19-year-old Idrisso Palmer, 20-year-old Neil Tap and 19-year-old Sumar Al-Rubayi, have all been charged with first-degree murder in the case and those cases are still before the courts.
